Melon

A broad category for delicious, juicy orbs like cantaloupe and honeydew. The orange-fleshed cantaloupe is one of the richest fruit sources of beta-carotene, while honeydew is mostly water and natural sugars. A ripe one should feel heavy for its size and sound hollow when tapped.

Rich in vitamin C and vitamins & minerals.
